Helping You Navigate Pet Insurance

We currently recommend and work with Pumpkin as our primary insurance provider, but we also accept and support other pet insurance programs. Clients pay upfront for services, and we provide complete records to make reimbursement easy. Our team is happy to guide you through the process and answer any questions along the way.

Appointment Cancellation:

If you need to reschedule, please give us 12 hours notice so we can best accommodate you and other families.

Emergency Care:

If your pet is experiencing an emergency, please call us right away at 724-375-7026 so we can help guide you. If care is needed beyond what we can provide, we will refer you to a trusted local emergency hospital, including BluePearl PVSEC or Rainbow Veterinary Hospital. For life-threatening situations, please contact BluePearl at 412-366-3400 or Rainbow Veterinary Hospital at 724-843-5443 immediately.

If you need help bringing your pet into the clinic, call ahead. Our team will meet you in the parking lot and guide you inside.
